What should you expect from the aroma?

We present this as a Vietnamese-origin, agarwood-led cone incense. A cone combines its aromatic material with the structure needed to hold a cone shape and sustain combustion, so its smoke-led experience is different from gently heating loose agarwood chips or wearing oud oil.

How should you burn an incense cone?

1. Place a compatible cone holder on a stable, non-combustible surface with clear space above and around it.
2. Light the tip, allow it to catch, then gently extinguish the flame so the cone smolders.
3. Use only in a well-ventilated area and begin with one cone. Smoke and fragrance can be intense in a small room.
4. Keep it away from curtains, paper, shelves and other combustible materials. Never leave burning incense unattended.
5. Keep children and pets away. Let the cone, ash and holder cool fully before touching or disposing of them.

What does the displayed product report cover?

The gallery includes VNA LAB report A-210824046, dated August 21, 2024. It records sample 210824046.1, a 3 g sample from submitted material described as a 100 g, 30 mm, brown “agarwood buds” product. The document records Aquilaria crassna, no treatment, “Natural Agarwood” and VNA grade A for that sample.

The displayed report is useful background for the photographed sample, but it does not by itself identify every ingredient, quantify agarwood content, prove “no chemicals,” establish a universal burn time or automatically map to every current 36- or 50-cone box. How should you store the cones?

Keep the lid closed and store the box in a cool, dry place away from direct sun, humidity and strong household odors. Handle the cones gently so their tips and bases do not chip. Do not ingest them or apply the material to skin.

Is a burner included?

No burner is listed as included. The gallery contains styled burner photographs; order a compatible holder separately unless the live selector explicitly states otherwise.

Does every cone burn for 20 minutes?

We do not promise a fixed burn time. Duration changes with airflow, placement and product variation.

Does the report prove the current box is pure agarwood?

No. The report records a specific 2024 sample and does not provide a complete ingredient analysis or current-lot mapping for every box.

Can incense smoke be used for a health benefit?

We sell this product for fragrance use, not to diagnose, treat or prevent a condition. Use it with ventilation and stop if the smoke or fragrance causes discomfort.
