2. Ordering & Payment

🔹 Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Only the methods shown for the selected order and destination are available.
🔹 Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping & Delivery
🔹 Our order processing time is 3-5 business days.
🔹 We offer free shipping worldwide on orders of $299 or more, and estimated delivery times vary by region (see our Shipping & Delivery page for details).
🔹 We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country.
4. Returns & Refunds
🔹 Customers can request a free return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
🔹 If the product is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
🔹 After an eligible return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 days. A bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear.
