Direct answer: Oudgo processes orders within 3–5 business days. We ship internationally where carrier service is available. Orders of US$299 or more qualify for free standard shipping; any rate for a smaller order is shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing time

Processing means preparing, checking and handing your parcel to the carrier. Most orders leave our facility within 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. High-volume periods, address checks or an item-specific lead time may extend processing; if that happens, we will contact you using the email supplied with the order.

Where does Oudgo ship?

We ship from Vietnam to international destinations supported by our carriers, including the United States. Service availability is confirmed at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. A complete street address and a reachable phone number help the carrier complete delivery.

Shipping cost and the US$299 threshold

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is US$299 or more after discounts and before taxes or import charges. Products that explicitly display a separate free-shipping offer, such as a qualifying starter kit, follow the offer shown on that product page. For all other eligible orders below US$299, the available rate is calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Oudgo does not publish one universal transit time because carrier service, destination and customs clearance vary by country. The 3–5-business-day processing period is separate from carrier transit. Use the service information at checkout and the tracking link sent after dispatch for the most relevant estimate. Delivery dates remain estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking your order

After the carrier accepts the parcel, we email the tracking number to the address used at checkout. Tracking may take a short time to show the first scan. If a parcel has not moved beyond the carrier’s expected window, email admin@oudgo.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Customs, import tax and restricted products

International orders may be inspected or charged duties, taxes or brokerage fees under the destination country’s rules. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for those charges. Import requirements for plant-derived materials can differ by destination, so the customer is responsible for confirming local eligibility before ordering. A customs delay is outside the published processing period.

Address changes, failed delivery and damage

Contact us as soon as possible if the delivery address is wrong. We cannot promise an address change after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete, delivery was refused or import requirements were not met, contact support for the options available for that order. If the parcel or product arrives damaged, keep the packaging and follow our Refund & Returns Policy.
