What are the current Grade C, B and A prices?
| Our grade option | 5 g | 10 g | 30 g |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grade C | US$10 | US$15 | US$39 |
| Grade B | US$12 | US$19 | US$49 |
| Grade A | US$18 | US$29 | US$79 |
These are current sale prices captured from the listing, not a universal agarwood price index. Grade A does not automatically prove a richer aroma, more resin or better ingredients than Grade B or C. Ask for current batch information if composition or input material is important to the purchase.
Pellet Composition
We sell these as compressed agarwood pellets in three product grades. Because compressed products can vary by batch and process, contact us for the current ingredient or manufacturing declaration when composition is important to your purchase. Use them for aromatic heating only—never as food, skincare or medicine.
See the Natural Details in Our Photos
Our gallery shows the compact round form, visible texture and colour differences across the photographed pellets. Natural input material and compression can create slight variation between batches. Contact us for a recent batch photo or ingredient information when a particular detail matters.
How should compressed pellets be heated?
Use only a stable, purpose-built incense or resin heater. Begin at a low setting and increase heat gradually until aroma is released without rapid blackening. A fixed 120–160°C or 170–240°C range is not guaranteed across pellet formulations and devices. Stop or reduce heat if the material produces harsh or excessive smoke.
Never burn charcoal indoors. The CDC warns that burning charcoal produces carbon monoxide. If choosing charcoal, use it only in an open-air outdoor location away from doors, windows and vents, in a stable charcoal-rated burner on a non-combustible surface. Do not hold a pellet over heat by hand; keep children, pets and combustibles away and supervise until the charcoal and ash are fully extinguished and cold.
Review the How to Use Agarwood hub and the separate controlled-heating guide. Browse compatible incense burners separately.
How much should you use?
Start with the smallest amount that sits safely on the heating surface; a whole pellet is not automatically the correct amount for every heater or room. Pellet mass, formulation, airflow and heat source affect smoke and duration. Our product page does not promise one pellet per session or a fixed 15–20-minute fragrance period.
How should the pellets be stored?
- Keep the product dry in a closed container away from direct sun, humidity and strong household odors.
- Do not add fragrance oil, water or another liquid to the container.
- Keep grades separately labeled if more than one option is purchased.
- Photograph material that arrives damp, crumbled, moldy or different from the selected variant before use.

Agarwood pellet FAQ
Are the pellets guaranteed to contain only agarwood?
Not by the evidence displayed on this page. Request a current ingredient declaration or batch-linked manufacturing record before relying on a purity or no-additives claim.
How do our Grade A, B and C options work?
We use Grade C, Grade B and Grade A to organise the three pellet selections in this range. Compare the current price, photos, pack size and available batch information to choose the option that suits your routine.
How many pellets are in a 5 g pack?
The listing guarantees a selected pack weight, not an exact unit count. Pellet size and count may vary.
Can I place a pellet directly on charcoal?
Use a stable heat-resistant burner and an appropriate barrier where needed. Direct high heat can create rapid charring and more smoke, so begin cautiously and never leave the setup unattended.
What electric-heater temperature should I use?
No single setting is guaranteed for every device or pellet formulation. Start low, increase gradually and stop or reduce heat when the material chars quickly or produces harsh smoke.
Can an opened or heated pack be returned?
Please review our current Returns & Refunds policy before heating, wearing, resizing or otherwise altering the product. If anything arrives damaged or different from your order, photograph it before use and contact us within seven calendar days.
