How do I contact customer support for product-related inquiries?

For a product question, email admin@oudgo.com, call +84 915 897 356, or use the Contact Us page. Include the product URL, selected option and the exact specification or document you need. For an existing order, include the order number but do not send card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents through an unsecured message. Response hours are not promised here until the owner confirms the official schedule.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Contact Oudgo within 7 calendar days after carrier-recorded delivery to request a return or exchange. Approval is not automatic: the product must be eligible, unused, unaltered and in its original packaging with included accessories unless it arrived damaged or defective. Used, burned, applied, personalized, customized, clearance or final-sale items are excluded as described in the policy. For an approved eligible return, Oudgo provides a prepaid label or equivalent arrangement. Read the complete Refund & Returns Policy and wait for authorization before mailing anything.

Where does your agarwood come from?

Origin and source statements are product-specific; Oudgo does not apply one country, species, harvest method or sustainability claim to the entire catalog. Check the exact product page for the origin or material statement attached to that item and option. A country label alone does not prove species, grade, resin content, plantation source or legal trade. Do your products have religious or spiritual significance?

Agarwood has documented historical uses in several religious and cultural traditions, but the meaning and appropriate practice depend on the community, institution and individual. Oudgo products do not guarantee relaxation, healing, protection, spiritual progress or any other outcome. If you choose incense, oil or beads for a ritual, confirm that the product format and use are appropriate for your practice and follow its safety instructions. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We cannot guarantee that every oil or bracelet is suitable for sensitive skin. Oil formulas, dilution, applicators, bead finishes, cords, adhesives and metal fittings can differ by product. Check the item page for its intended use and disclosed ingredients or materials; do not apply an oil that is not labeled for skin use. A small patch test may reduce uncertainty but cannot rule out irritation or allergy. Stop use if irritation occurs, and seek appropriate professional guidance if you have a known allergy or skin condition. How Long Does Agarwood Oil Last? Shelf Life & Storage

Does agarwood oil expire?

Agarwood oil can change or deteriorate over time, but a single “five-year” or “ten-year” rule is not reliable. A pure distillate, a diluted perfume oil and a cosmetic roll-on are different finished products. The manufacturer or seller should determine shelf life for the actual formula and packaging rather than borrowing a number from another oil.

In the United States, the FDA explains that cosmetic shelf life varies with the product, use and storage. Cosmetics are not generally required to print an expiration date, but the manufacturer remains responsible for product safety. This is why bottle-specific information matters more than a universal online estimate.

What shelf-life information should you use?

How do we recommend storing oud oil?

• Close the cap promptly and tightly after each use to limit air exposure.
• Keep the bottle upright in a cool, dark and dry place with a reasonably stable temperature.
• Protect it from direct sunlight and heat, including hot cars, windowsills and heaters.
• Keep the applicator clean. Avoid touching it to skin or another surface before returning it to the bottle when the packaging allows.
• Do not add water, carrier oil or fragrance to the original bottle unless the product instructions specifically tell you to do so.
• Keep the original label and packaging so the order, product name, volume and any lot or batch reference remain identifiable.

When should you stop using a bottle?

Natural oud aroma may evolve, so age or a subtle scent change alone does not prove spoilage. Stop and ask the seller before further use if you notice a sharp or unexpected odor change, leakage, a damaged closure, visible contamination, or new separation, particles or cloudiness that the product information does not identify as normal. Follow any recall or disposal instruction for the exact batch.

If a product is intended for skin and causes irritation, stop applying it. Do not use an oud oil as a treatment for a health condition unless it is an appropriately regulated product and you have suitable professional guidance.

Does aged oud oil automatically become better?

No. Aging can alter an aroma, but bottle age alone does not prove authenticity, purity, quality or safety. A well-documented recent batch can be a better purchase than an older oil with an unknown formula, storage history or source.

How can we help with an Oudgo bottle?

If you bought the oil from us, send us your order number, product name, bottle volume, any visible lot or batch reference, when it was opened and how it has been stored. We can check the information attached to that item instead of guessing from a generic shelf-life chart.

How should I burn agarwood incense?

Follow the instructions for the exact incense format and burner. For a stick, cone or coil, use a stable heat-resistant holder on a clear surface, ignite only as directed, extinguish any sustained flame, supervise the ember and keep it away from children, pets and combustible materials. Ventilate the area and stop if smoke causes discomfort. Use burning charcoal only outdoors in fully open air, away from doors, windows and vents; never use it inside a home, vehicle, tent or partly enclosed space. For an electric heater, confirm the device voltage, frequency and plug first: a plug adapter does not convert voltage, and a 220V-only device must not be connected directly to a U.S. 110–120V outlet. How should I care for my agarwood bracelet?

Keep an agarwood bracelet or pendant dry, clean it gently and store it away from heat and product residue. Brief accidental contact with sweat does not prove that the wood is ruined, but repeated moisture, soaking, soaps, perfume, skin oils and abrasive cleaning can change the surface, finish, cord or aroma.

Daily Agarwood Jewelry Care

1. Remove it before showering, swimming or strenuous exercise. This limits prolonged water, chlorine, salt and sweat exposure.
2. Wipe after wear. Use a clean, dry, soft cloth. Do not scrub with an abrasive pad.
3. Let damp jewelry air-dry. Blot moisture and leave the piece at room temperature with air circulation. Do not use a hair dryer, heater or direct sun.
4. Keep cosmetics separate. Apply perfume, lotion, sanitizer or hair products before putting the jewelry on, and allow the product to dry first.
5. Store it separately. Use a clean, dry pouch or box so harder jewelry cannot scratch the beads or pendant.
6. Inspect the cord. If elastic or thread is frayed, loose or permanently stretched, restring it before the piece breaks.

What to Do After Sweat or Water Contact

Remove the piece, blot it with a soft dry cloth and let it dry naturally. Do not soak it to “rinse the sweat out,” apply household cleaner or force-dry it with heat. If the item has a coating, metal fittings, adhesive or an elastic cord, follow the seller’s material-specific instructions because those components may need different care.

Should You Add Oud Oil to Restore the Scent?

Not by default. Added oil changes the surface and may make future authenticity or condition checks harder. It can also transfer to skin and clothing. Only use a product specifically approved for that piece, and test a very small hidden area first if the maker recommends it.
