What is included with the burner?

Your order includes one lidded ceramic burner in the selected colour. Charcoal, tongs, sand, a heat shield and aromatic materials are sold separately unless the live variation says otherwise. You can add our activated charcoal tablets for an open-air outdoor setup.

Can this burner be used with cones, coils and agarwood chips?

The legacy product name advertised cones, coils and chips, but the gallery does not show the internal support, bowl depth or clearance needed to validate every format. Treat compatibility as conditional:

• Agarwood chips or powder: require an appropriate indirect or charcoal method and a very small quantity; do not assume direct contact with the ceramic or lid is suitable.
• Self-burning cones or coils: require stable, size-matched support and clearance from the lid and sides. Do not place a self-burning cone or coil on glowing charcoal.
• Charcoal: use only outdoors in open air with a charcoal-rated setup and noncombustible base.

How should charcoal be used safely?

Charcoal produces carbon monoxide (CO), a colorless and odorless gas. The CDC carbon-monoxide guidance and U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission charcoal warning say charcoal should not be burned inside homes, vehicles, tents or other enclosed spaces. An open window, fan or vent does not make indoor charcoal use safe.

1. Use the burner only in open-air outdoor space, away from doors, windows, vents, dry vegetation, children and pets.
2. Place it on a stable, level, noncombustible, heat-tolerant surface with clear space around it.
3. Inspect the burner and lid for cracks or damage before use. Do not use damaged ceramic.
4. Light charcoal according to its own instructions, away from flammables. Use long heat-resistant tongs; never hold hot charcoal by hand.
5. Add only a very small amount of suitable aromatic material after the charcoal is ready. Keep face, hair, sleeves and tools away from heat and smoke.
6. Supervise continuously. The body and lid can become hot; do not touch or move them during use.
7. Let charcoal, ash and ceramic become fully extinguished and cold outdoors before handling, cleaning, storing or disposal.

Does the vented lid make burning safer?

No safety rating or snuffing function is published for the lid. Vents can allow hot gases and smoke to escape, and the lid itself can become hot. Do not assume replacing the lid extinguishes charcoal or makes indoor use safe. Follow the fuel instructions and keep supervising until everything is fully cold outdoors.

How should the ceramic burner be cleaned and stored?

Wait until the burner is completely cold. Remove loose cold ash gently; do not wash hot ceramic or expose it to sudden temperature changes. Use a soft dry cloth first. If water is appropriate for the finish, use minimal moisture and dry thoroughly before storage. Avoid abrasive pads, solvents and impact. Decorative surfaces and lids can chip, so store the pieces where they cannot knock together.
