At Oudgo, we ensure secure and seamless payment processing for all our customers. Below are the most commonly asked questions related to payment methods, transaction security, currency, and troubleshooting payment issues.

For a payment issue, email admin@oudgo.com, call +84 915 897 356, or use the Contact Us page. Include the order number or attempted checkout time, the payment method category and the exact non-sensitive error message. Never send a full card number, security code, bank password, one-time code, wallet key or account sign-in. Response hours are not promised here until the owner confirms the official schedule.

Oudgo does not promise an installment plan in this FAQ. If the checkout displays a pay-later or installment option for your order, eligibility, schedule, interest, fees and approval are determined by that payment provider under its own terms. If no such option is displayed, the checkout total is due through one of the available methods. Review the provider’s terms before authorizing payment; do not assume that an option advertised in another country or account is available for your order.

After checkout, the order email confirms the purchase details but may not satisfy every country’s tax, customs or commercial-invoice requirements. If you need a particular invoice format, company name, tax identifier or customs detail, contact us before ordering with the destination and exact requirement. After an order is placed, include its number when requesting the available document. This FAQ does not promise that an invoice can be downloaded from the customer account or that Oudgo can add unverified details after payment.

Use only the payment methods displayed at the Oudgo checkout or confirmed in writing for your specific order. If cryptocurrency is not shown there, treat it as unavailable and do not send coins or tokens in response to a direct message, social-media post, old wallet address or third-party request. Oudgo does not promise a future cryptocurrency option in this FAQ. To verify a payment request, use the current Contact Us page before transferring funds.

Use bank transfer only when it is displayed for the order at checkout or Oudgo confirms it in a written quote or invoice. It is not automatically available for every retail, bulk or wholesale order. Before sending funds, verify the order reference, amount, currency, beneficiary name and account details through the current Contact Us page; do not rely on an old message, social-media account or forwarded payment instruction. An order is not confirmed as paid until Oudgo verifies receipt under the written terms for that order.

Oudgo does not charge additional transaction fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply international processing fees or currency conversion fees. We recommend checking with your bank for details.

Oudgo usually cannot see the issuer’s complete reason for a declined payment. Check that the billing details match the payment account, the method is not expired, sufficient funds or credit are available and the issuer permits the currency and international online purchase. Then retry only through a method currently displayed at checkout, or ask the issuer or payment provider about the decline. If the checkout itself appears to fail, contact us with the order time and any non-sensitive error message. Never send a full card number, bank password, one-time code or account sign-in.

Oudgo prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless a product page or the final checkout explicitly displays another currency. Review the currency and total shown before authorizing payment. Your card issuer, bank or payment provider may convert the charge or apply its own exchange rate and fees; those terms are controlled by that provider, not by Oudgo. If the currency displayed for your order is unclear, contact us before paying.

Use only the HTTPS Oudgo checkout and the payment flow displayed for your order. A payment provider may process part of the transaction under its own privacy and security terms; no online payment can be described as risk-free. Before entering information, confirm that the page and any provider handoff are the ones shown from the Oudgo checkout. Oudgo will not ask you to send a full card number, bank password, one-time code or payment-account sign-in by email or an unsecured message. If a payment page or request looks unexpected, stop and contact us through the published site details.
