What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

Keep the item, packaging, label and included accessories together, and do not use, burn, apply or alter the product. Photograph the item received, the outer package and shipping label, then email admin@oudgo.com or use the Contact Us page with the order number and photos. Oudgo will compare the shipment with the order and provide the appropriate return, replacement or refund instructions after verification.
