Oudgo publishes educational and commercial content about agarwood, oud oil, incense, bracelets, wood chips, and related accessories. Our content is produced and maintained collectively by the Oudgo Editorial Team. For privacy and operational security, we do not publish the personal identities of individual team members.
Who is responsible for Oudgo content?
Oudgo Co., Ltd. is responsible for the content published on oudgo.com. The byline “Oudgo Editorial Team” identifies the organization that researches, edits, reviews, and maintains each page. It does not represent a fictional individual or an independently credentialed expert.
Some older pages used individual editorial personas. We are retiring those profiles and consolidating their articles under the Oudgo Editorial Team. We do not rely on unverified personal credentials to support our claims.
How we research and review content
We separate product observations from general reference information. Product-specific descriptions may be informed by the agarwood products we source, handle, photograph, pack, and ship. Broader botanical, conservation, legal, safety, and scientific statements are checked against appropriate primary or authoritative sources whenever available.
- Scientific and botanical claims: peer-reviewed research, universities, recognized botanical databases, and research institutions.
- Trade and conservation claims: CITES, government agencies, customs guidance, and other official sources.
- Product claims: information that can be supported by the product, supplier documentation, photographs, published test results, or clearly described hands-on observations.
We do not describe a product as laboratory tested, medically effective, sustainably certified, or legally approved unless the supporting evidence is available and relevant to that exact claim.
Experience, evidence, and limitations
When we describe an Oudgo product, we aim to explain what was examined, how it was used, and what a buyer can verify. Where evidence is incomplete, we state the limitation instead of presenting an estimate or marketing statement as a proven fact. Images should represent the actual product or be clearly identified as illustrative.
Agarwood varies naturally by species, origin, resin content, age, processing, storage, and use. Sensory descriptions and grading judgments are therefore contextual rather than universal guarantees.
Use of AI and editorial tools
Oudgo may use software or AI-assisted tools for research organization, outlining, translation, editing, formatting, or quality checks. A human member of the Oudgo team remains responsible for reviewing the final page, checking material claims, and deciding whether it should be published. AI-generated wording is not treated as evidence or as a source.
Commercial content and conflicts of interest
Oudgo sells agarwood products. Product and category pages therefore have a commercial purpose. Educational articles may link to relevant Oudgo products, but commercial interest does not replace the need for accurate descriptions, clear limitations, and appropriate sources.
Corrections and updates
We update articles when products, evidence, regulations, or our understanding changes. Material corrections should be reflected in the page content and its reviewed or modified date. We preserve useful URLs whenever possible so readers and search engines can follow the revision history.

External expert review
We only use labels such as “reviewed by,” professional titles, qualifications, or named expert endorsements when the reviewer is a real person, has reviewed the relevant content, and has agreed to be identified. Otherwise, the content remains attributed to the Oudgo Editorial Team.
